1000K Street is a planned mixed-use project in the former Woolworth building in Sacramento's urban core. CIM renovated and repositioned the building in partnership with the Sacramento Redevelopment Agency and in joint venture with David Taylor Interests. The development featurea a 200 seat theater, a restaurant, lounge, parking, and 10,700 sq. ft. of Class A office space. 1000K is located one block north of the State Capitol building and two blocks from CIM's 800J Lofts residential and retail development.
CIM sold the property in 2015.
