These Spanish Revival buildings were constructed in the 1880s as livery stables, and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a Western gateway to historic Old Pasadena. CIM reconceived and renovated the complex, including education, retail, and restaurant spaces in a prime location along the neighborhood's main thoroughfare. The buildings were leased to the California School of Culinary Arts, Banana Republic, and the upscale Villa Sorriso Ristorante.
CIM sold Tanner Market in 2004.
