Nick Morosoff is a Principal Counsel. As a Principal, Mr. Morosoff is actively involved in CIM’s legal processes and serves on CIM’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining CIM in 1998, he was the General Counsel of Orchard Capital Corporation, an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice in Los Angeles and an Associate with Sullivan & Cromwell. Mr. Morosoff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.
