The Centennial Yards Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its team. This role will report directly to the President of Centennial Yards Company and will play a crucial role in the execution of the project's vision and key initiatives. This newly created position is designed for a dynamic doer who can excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with operational responsibilities.
Centennial Yards is the largest master planned urban development in the Southeast and consists of 50 acres zoned for up to 12 million square feet of mixed-use density. It is anchored by two major league sports stadiums, the fourth largest convention center in the country, and three MARTA stops. The Centennial Yards Company is a partnership between an affiliate of CIM Group
and a group led by Tony Ressler and serves as the master assembler and developer of Centennial Yards.
The Role: Create workflows and processes to aid executive team in prioritizing key project initiatives and own the day-to-day oversight of these workflows.Act as the central source for information about Centennial Yards, and take responsibility for gathering, organizing, and distributing information within CIM departments and to external stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and schedule across the working groups and own the execution of recommendations for improvementPartner with internal CIM departments (investments, development, accounting, leasing, property management) to ensure smooth execution of Centennial Yards priorities both internal and external.Interface with external stakeholders (public organizations, tenants, developers), representing the project and advancing key initiatives

Your Background:5 - 10 years of experience working in related business functions (tech, consulting, investment banking, etc.)You've led teams and managed complex processes. You understand matrixed organizations and the importance of relationships.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You choose your words carefully and sweat the details. High level of comfort in Microsoft Excel. When someone tasks you with a problem, you naturally break out a spreadsheet. You understand profit, loss, payback period, compound growth, and discount rates. We'll teach you the real estate. Bachelor's degree required; MBA (or comparable grad degree) preferred
