Provides overall administrative support to the Human Resources Department and administers HR Service support to employees at CIM Group and affiliated component companies.
  • Conducts new employee orientation and exit meetings for on-site staff at CIM and affiliated companies and oversees these activities including coordination of paperwork at all locations.
  • Processes data entry into HRIS systems and ensures data is accurate in all systems. Understands the processes of where the data comes from to ensure data integrity.
  • Acts as liaison between employees, management and vendors for HR Services related inquiries including employment verifications
  • Communicate employment changes to Payroll and Technology (new hires, separations, promotions, eligibilities)
  • Oversees the creation and maintenance of digital/hardcopy HR records (benefits, personnel, I-9, etc.)
  • Responsible for auditing for consistency and compliance all digital/hardcopy HR records.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) plus the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and volume, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data and reach appropriate conclusion
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and/or reports
  • Ability to provide customer service to a varied group with tact and sensitivity
  • Ability to read and interpret the CIM policies and effectively present information 
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
