Provides overall administrative support to the Human Resources Department, Recruiting.
Essential Functions:Schedules in-person and phone interview schedules.Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates, if needed.Acts as Recruiting representative/point of contact; responds to internal/external client requests & directs he/she to the appropriate person. Greets and escorts candidates to interviews – ensures smooth transition between interviews.Posts open positions to internal & external career sites.Submits background checks and ensures reports are received & reviewed appropriately.Conducts reference checks. Prepares & sends candidates’ offer letters & related pre-employment paperwork.Sends out notification letters to candidates not selected for hire.Manages confidential files and other privileged information.Maintains various data spreadsheets & reports.Responsible for recruiting data management including Lever data entry and candidate file maintenance.
Educational/Experience Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc):Bachelors degree is preferred 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment; corporate recruiting experience is preferred
