Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this position will be primarily focused on the utilization and maintenance of our HRIS system and its output, including report generation, metric design, and business intelligence functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Serves as the HRIS subject matter support for customers, helping to assess business issues, providing knowledge on system administration; responsibilities including security, workflow and system configuration.
  • Collaborates, develops, and maintains scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, etc. to support analytical and business needs.
  • Analyze user's requests, identify problems, research solutions, and resolve technical problems as needed for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within the company.
  • Engage and work with the customer and internal teams to ensure they are informed of all relevant changes to the system and to coordinate activities or projects as necessary.
  • Develop basic database queries and perform analysis on results.
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of Core UltiPro Business processes, procedures and application of data, in order to provide customer with best practice recommendations and guidance, and to ensure accuracy, quality and opportunities to integrate between the systems.
  • Support the management of UltiPro HRIS system; including data audits to ensure data integrity, system configuration, scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, and system troubleshooting.
  • Fulfill company-wide report requests and provide HR reporting support. Ensures validity of reporting results.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting dashboards for HR, TA and Senior Management teams.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality in maintaining team member personal data and when providing reports and data to requestors.
  • Create and provide clear end-user documentation and training material.
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR or business related field, plus
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HR
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting, prior experience with Ultimate Software a strong plus
  • Advanced level Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and some VBA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
