As a part of the HR Systems & Analytics team, the Jr. HRIS Analyst will be primarily focused on the design and maintenance of the HCM in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs. This position will additionally support all HR in their technology needs including: UKG Pro Core, UKG Employee Case Management, UKG Employee File Management, UKG Time Management, UKG Performance Management, Lever ATS solution, Smartsheets, and MS Office Suite.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  •  Systems Management
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HCM.
  • Validates employee data and follows established procedures for updating and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of Core UKG Pro Business processes, procedures and application of data across HR/Payroll/Recruiting processes.
  • Conducts data audits to ensure data integrity, performs basic system configuration in UKG Core and additional modules, and scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, and basic system troubleshooting.
  • Develop technical and functional expertise to contribute thought leadership skills regarding our HCM, as well as other HR systems and tools (ATS).

  •  Reporting and Analytics
  • Fulfill company-wide report requests and provide HR reporting support. Ensures validity of reporting results.
  • Within UKG BI reporting tool, develop basic database queries and perform analysis on results.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality in maintaining team member personal data and when providing reports and data to requestors.

  •  Documentation and Training Material
  • Prepares clear end-user documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Brings up innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to employees and contributes to change management and training efforts
  • NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Participates in special projects on an ad hoc basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR or business-related field, plus.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in HRIS, with 2-3 years in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting, prior experience with Ultimate Software a strong plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables required, with Advanced Excel skills including macros and VBA preferred.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated competence in use of HCM such as UKG Pro or ADP.
  • Project management skills.
