The Marketing Specialist oversee marketing initiatives for a team of Leasing professionals based in Los Angeles, Phoenix and other locations around the country and report to the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, who is based in Phoenix. You’ll be responsible for developing custom marketing packages, proposals, flyers and other leasing support collateral using CIM’s corporate designs and leasing software
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Designing custom marketing materials for external and internal use
  • Design & develop various print and digital media campaigns to support leasing efforts
  • Develop graphics and logos for product illustrations and collateral
  • Conduct research and maintain leasing database
  • Assist with residential leasing initiatives
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Related Field.  Substantial experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • 3+ years’ experience marketing role
  • Previous experience with Real Estate
  • TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic knowledge CSS and/or web design
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign
  • Prior experience with leasing software such as Yardi a plus
  • Mid- to expert-level user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
