In this position, you will develop, implement, manage and analyze social media with a focus on property-related campaigns including multi-family residential, retail, entertainment and office projects.  You’ll leverage your in-depth knowledge of digital media and marketing to advise the team on trends and opportunities, while creating, maintaining, and growing new and existing social networks. You’ll utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms to effectively capture appropriate audiences as part of each property’s overall communication plan.
Essential Functions
  • Management & Oversight of all major social media accounts within the firm including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter at both a corporate and asset level
  • Online reputation management on a variety of relevant platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, & Apartments.com
  • Assisting with the development & production of video content on video media platforms including YouTube
  • Oversight of our online community management efforts including managing the online response tool
  • Developing and utilizing advanced metrics to measure our online profile and the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
  • Consolidating and branding individual & asset-level social media accounts into a coherent and singular CIM voice, and ensuring consistency
  • Strong interactions with multiple stakeholder departments to develop meaningful and value-add media strategies
  • Requirements
  • 5 + years prior experience in corporate social media management
  • 2+ years of Management experience (campaigns and or teams)
  • Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms and engagement strategies
  • Experience with Hootsuite or Sprout response management systems
  • Prior experience consolidating multiple media campaigns a strong plus
