The Concierge is responsible for assisting and directing residents, visitors and vendors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing tenant guest services, coordinating tenant events, providing local community information, making reservations, stocking lobby or concierge area kitchen and pool area. *Overnight position Monday - Friday 11PM - 7AM*
  • Greet all residents, guest and vendors.
  • Receive and enter maintenance requests into property management software.
  • Follow proper emergency procedures by understanding and adhering to after-hours maintenance emergency protocol.
  • Provide local community maps, phone number, tourist destination, travel assistance and restaurant recommendation for the building residents and guests. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate timely use of local services such as florist, dry cleaning, pet walking and others which may be requested by the residents.  
  • Answer front desk phone and provide timely communication to the management team and maintenance.    
  • Receive, open and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence and other mailings.
  • Ensure lobby windows, doors, floors, furniture and lobby areas appearance is first class.
  • Act as a brand ambassador engaging residents to help promote the Property and CIM Group. 
  • Assist Property Manager in coordinating resident questionnaires, surveys, resident follow up on work orders. 
  • Provide backup leasing assistance as directed by the Leasing Associate or Property Manager.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • High school education or additional equivalent experience
  • One-year prior experience working in residential property management.
  • Previous experience working in multiple residential assets if position involves more than one property.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws such as Federal Fair Housing Act
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiar with Nexus Payables or similar software application.
  • Familiar with Yardi or similar software application.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to write correspondence and/or report accurately in a concise and detail manner.
  • Ability to effectively present information to tenants, vendors, contractors and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from tenants, regulatory agencies, other areas of the company, and/or members of the business community.
  • Excellent customer service as determined by resident surveys
  • Completion of assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adherence to rent control or similar governmental agencies (as required) polices as well as Federal Fair Housing Act to avoid any discrimination or legal issues.
