The Project Manager will accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities, IT and non-IT, as assigned by the Director, Business Operations. The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects as well as prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for partnering with different departments, build operational relationships and drive business unit or enterprise-wide IT system implementation, change management, process improvement and other operational projects.
  • Coordinate with executive teams and technical teams to lead project management for the entire life cycle - from understanding requirements, developing solutions to project execution and stakeholder adoption.
  • Develop insights and recommendations on key operational questions, including process improvement and project management.
  • Use sound judgement to complete task at hand and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations.
  • Use communication, negotiation and influencing skills to drive operational alignment across cross functional stakeholders.
  • Manage internal customer's expectations and escalate issues to management, as needed
  • Create and maintain high quality project documentations in Microsoft Office

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative fields. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in program or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for assignments, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive business and process improvements
  • Real Estate or Finance Industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Real Estate technologies preferred
  • PMP, Six-sigma or Agile Methodologies certifications, preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
