The Associate, Partner Support position is based at CIM’s office in Los Angeles and reports to the regional Partner Solutions Manager. As a key client service team member, the Associate, Partner Support role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the achievement of CIM’s product sales and servicing objectives.
In this position, you’ll build solid relationships with CIM’s existing and prospective partners and co-investors and internal reporting teams while leveraging your excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and solutions-oriented thinking. You’ll regularly interact with our distribution teams as you participate in our overall partner experience. As a visible representative of CIM, you’ll put your exceptional customer service abilities to use through ongoing and regular contact with partners and prospects.
Your responsibilities will enable you to become an expert in the CIM funds and a trusted resource for your team as you manage inbound inquiries from clients, prospects and internal departments, distribute client communications in a consistent and ongoing schedule, maintain client service technologies such as Salesforce, Intralinks and other databases, build relationships with third party servicing groups and focus on continued improvements of the team to increase efficiency and scale of the group.
