CIM’s Client Services & Product Management team supports our current Investor base, while also developing and maintaining new relationships with prospective Investors. The team is responsible for communicating CIM’s vision across all of its investment strategies (Opportunistic, Value-Add and Stabilized Real Estate, Infrastructure and Real Estate Debt) and through our various platforms (commingled funds, co-investments, separately managed accounts).
POSITION PURPOSE:
Manage CIM’s Client Services Operations team, which is responsible for day-to-day client interaction, maintenance and buildout of technology platforms and creating efficiencies across the Client Service team and all other CIM departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The candidate will be tasked with managing a team and growing the Client Service team in the following areas:
• Client Service
o Manage daily investor requests and open cases to completion
o Monitor recurring requests to ensure reporting and regulatory requirements are being addressed
• Technology
o Manage CIM’s CRM and Investor Portal applications, creating processes to ensure consistent and efficient use
o Work with other departments across the organization to implement new technology platforms that will assist Client Services
• Reporting / Analytics
o Work closely with CIM’s Accounting teams to ensure information regarding investments and funds is distributed in a timely and efficient manner to current investors, prospective investors and consultants
o Manage the continued evolution of CIM’s presentations / information dissemination
• Identify and execute projects to allow the Client Services organization to scale operations to support continued growth of the organization

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (if any):
• Responsible for managing the Client Service Operations function
• Provide guidance and leadership to Client Service Operations team and manage all team members on day-to-day basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
• 5+ years in the investment management or financial services industry, with focus on Client Relations
• Prior experience in a Project/Process Management based role within Client Relations function

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Preferred experience with Salesforce
• Knowledge of MS Sharepoint preferred
