CIM Group Signs Global Recruitment Firm at Cathedral Square Office Campus in Guildford


LONDON—November 22, 2022--CIM Group, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer, announced today that it has signed a lease with Hays at Cathedral Square in Guildford, United Kingdom.

Cathedral Square is a three-building office campus located in Guildford, United Kingdom. The campus comprises three buildings: Buildings 1000 and 2000, interlinked three-story, Grade A offices that were refurbished in 2017, and Building 3000, a three-story space that is being repositioned into Grade A creative office with a focus on outdoor amenities, outdoor landscape, and health and wellbeing. 

Hays, a leading global specialist in recruitment and workforce solutions, will occupy a fully fitted, approximately 2,000-square-foot plug and play suite at Building 2000 to serve as its regional office.

In addition, Cathedral Square is committed to workplace sustainability and Buildings 1000 and 2000 have achieved a “Very Good” rating under BREEAM. Building 3000, which is due to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment program, will target an “Excellent” BREEAM rating.

Cathedral Square benefits from easy access to the A3, a major regional thoroughfare and connector to London, and proximity to the University of Surrey, Guildford town center, Guildford Mainline Railway Station, and Heathrow Airport.
