Turtle Creek Village | Dallas, Texas

In 2017, CIM acquired Turtle Creek Village, a thriving mixed-used property in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas. With over 320,000 square feet consisting of retail destinations, restaurants and a newly-renovated, 18-story office building, Turtle Creek Village helps serve the needs of area residents as well as visitors.

We sought out Turtle Creek Village after pre-qualifying the Uptown retail submarket. With a goal of owning and operating the property over the long term, we renewed office leases with rents that were more consistent with market rates and replaced struggling retailers with service-oriented tenants that better meet the community’s needs.


Turtle Creek Village brings lifestyle amenities and sophisticated office space to the adjacent neighborhoods and the surrounding community.
