Social Responsibility
Cultivating Change in the Community
Since 1994, CIM has worked to enhance communities and create value for our stakeholders. In addition to the positive impact we make through real estate and infrastructure projects, we support communities through outreach, sponsorships, donations, employee-led initiatives and more.
CIMpact
CIM launched CIMpact in 2019 to formalize its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility, enhance communities and improve the lives of those who live there. CIM supports corporate and employee-led community service activities and partners with a variety of nonprofit organizations including those that support underserved populations, environmental initiatives, education and humanitarianism.
