Celebrating the history of annual diversity holidays/observances and sharing stories from CIM employees with varying backgrounds and experiences.
External Initiatives:
Fosters relationships with educational institutions to inform diverse candidates about careers in real estate, private equity, and finance.
Sponsorships:
Partnering with organizations that further diversity in real estate and alternative investments.
One example is Project Destined, a social impact investment and education platform that provides training to students and military veterans seeking careers in commercial real estate and finance.
