Environmental Priorities

Our approach:

We plan and develop pedestrian- and transit-oriented communities which in turn help reduce vehicle miles traveled and improve air quality.

We focus on projects in densely populated areas and reuse infrastructure and building stock where possible.

We prioritize conservation and environmentally conscious infrastructure development.

We consistently evaluate energy and water consumption for several assets and proactively update building systems for efficiency, where applicable.
