• Our Leasing team worked with new and existing office tenants to execute leases at rent levels more consistent with market rates. CIM has nearly doubled lease rates since acquiring the property in 2017, and the 18-story office tower achieved a 95% occupancy rate in 2024.¹
• Our Property Management team helped determine which tenants would align best with the neighborhood, and the Leasing team identified new tenants that offered goods and services catering to the community’s needs.
• Our Development and Construction teams improved the asset by completing a full lobby renovation for office tenants and creating office spec suites boasting high-end finishes to bolster leasing efforts following the pandemic.
